The 19th annual Regional Celebration of African American Artists Exhibit will be displayed in the Regional Arts Building, located at 321 West 4th Street in Downtown Texarkana.  Come explore the African American artists’ exhibits which will include quilts, fabrics, and fibers.  Call 903-792-8681 for more information.
