Four States Living Magazine enjoys celebrating all that is good in Texarkana and the surrounding areas.  The magazine strives to focus on the positive energy of the community while continuing its mission of “inspiring the pessimist, elevating the optimist, stirring the mind, and entertaining the soul.”
