The sixth annual Ark-La-Tex Challenge willbe held with cyclists launching and finishing at Liberty-Eylau High School. Registration begins at 7 a.m., and the rally will start at 9 a.m. Proceeds from the event benefit Texarkana Resources for the Disabled, whose mission is to provide training, education, and support to enable persons with disabilities to reach their highest level of potential in the community.
