Eagle Impact for Texas A&M University-Texarkana will host its annual Hats & Horses: A Day at the Derby, from 4-7 p.m. at Northridge Country Club. Tickets will be $50 per person; $40 for Eagle Impact members; and $75 for membership/ticket combo. Proceeds will benefit Eagle Impact scholarships, athletics, and student life.
