The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) at Texarkana College will host a “Cinco de Mayo Cultural Awareness Fiesta” from 2-5 p.m. at Texarkana College Truman Arnold Center. Presenters from local universities and colleges will attend. There will be a Folklore Dance, painting, karaoke, best authentic Mexican outfit and salsa contests, and other fun activities for the whole family. A recent Texarkana College Latino graduate will
