The 19th annual Regional Celebration of African-American Artists Exhibit will be displayed in the Regional Arts Building, located at 321 West 4th Street in Downtown Texarkana.  Come explore the African-American artists’ exhibits which will include quilts, fabrics, and fibers.  Call 903-792-8681 for more information.
