First dance: “Who I Am” by Wade Bowen
“My favorite part of the wedding was our entire ceremony,” Sophie said. “It truly felt like we were the only two people in the room. Every part of it was so uniquely ‘us,’ and I loved every single second. The whole space just felt full of love and support.”
“Our families joined together in prayer during the ceremony while my cousin, Will Stuckey, sang ‘Build My Life’ by Pat Barrett,” Sophie shared. “It was such a powerful, emotional moment”
“I walked down the aisle to ‘Thank God I Do,’ sung by Ashley Saunders, who also sang at my parents’ wedding,” Sophie said. “It felt like such a full-circle, meaningful tradition”
“Our pastor, Jeff Schreve, married us and had us write down five things we loved about each other before the ceremony,” Sophie said. “Hearing those woven into the service made everything feel so personal and intentional.”
