Gourmet Brunch Hosted by Women for A&M-Texarkana

More than 100 Women for A&M-Texarkana members and friends of the university gathered in the Tri-State Iron & Metal Atrium on the TAMU-T campus August 17 for the annual Gourmet Brunch. The event featured a cooking demonstration from Executive Chef Matthew McClure of The Hive located in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The brunch was prepared by Silver Spoon of Texarkana. Pianist Mary Scott Goode provided music for the event. President of Texas A&M University-Texarkana Dr. Emily Cutrer and President of Women for A&M-Texarkana Virginia Trammell highlighted the celebration with remarks of gratitude for all that Women for A&M-Texarkana does for the university. Past Women for A&M-Texarkana scholarship recipient and A&M-Texarkana Alumna Shelby DeMuth also addressed the guests and thanked them for their support and for the role they played in her career path.
